2. Product Quality & Craftsmanship
All incense sticks, dhoop batti, sambrani cups, and devotional fragrances are formulated using botanical extracts and premium oils. Slight natural differences in color or stick thickness may occur due to natural batch processing.
3. Orders, Pricing & Taxes
All listed product prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST taxes. Shipping charges and promotional discount codes are computed during final checkout.
4. Safety Guidelines & Proper Use
Always burn incense and cones on heat-resistant, fireproof surfaces in ventilated spaces. Keep away from curtains, flammable substances, children, and pets. Never leave lit incense unattended.
5. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. Approved replacements or refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard Refund Policy.
6. Governing Law
All transactions and agreements on this website are subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India.
